Vietnam Ancient Tea Tree (Trà Cổ Thụ Việt Nam) was born with the mission of bringing spiritual values, health and precious moments for a happier life. We develop the Ancient Tree Tea product line with raw materials harvested from mountain areas at altitudes of over 2,600m in Pu Ta Leng and 1,700m in Sa De Phin, Lai Chau province. Nature has blessed this land with a cool climate, fog all year round and mineral-rich soil, ideal for the growth and development of tea plants. Natural ancient tea trees, hundreds to thousands of years old, produce precious active compounds. Through a harvesting and production process that meets high quality standards, we bring our customers a product that is not only a gift but also carries deep meaning of value and respect.

Putaleng is a mountain of the Hoang Lien Son range, located
in the provinces of Lai Chau and Lao Cai, with an altitude of
3,049m above sea level. From 2,600m upwards lies a primeval forest
of ancient tea trees hundreds to thousands of years old.
Sa De Phin is a highland commune of Sin Ho district,
Lai Chau province, at an altitude of over 1,700m above sea
level, covered with clouds and mist all year round, with a fresh,
cool climate. It is known for its ancient tea trees
that are hundreds of years old.
The loose, porous highland soil provides good drainage, as tea plants
cannot tolerate waterlogging.
The low temperatures of the high mountains slow down the growth
of tea buds, both physically and chemically, so the tea leaves
have more time to develop a more complex and refined
aroma.
Tea plants growing in high mountain areas with low temperatures
also contain more caffeine and catechins than tea plants growing
in warmer areas.
